Our Next Performances

Details for Dance Families:

•  Dancers arrive 20-30 minutes before the show starts with costumes on and hair and make up ready.
• All dancers will be back stage in a classroom during the whole performance with supervisors. Dancers will be unable to leave unless they have their parent with them.
• During intermission, dancers that have already perform in the first half are welcome to stay back stage until the end of the show. If parents wish to head home, they can pick up their child in the classroom before the second half starts.
• Dancers May sit with their parents during the half of the performance they are not performing in. 
• Please send second costume, tights, shoes, and hair pieces clearly labeled in a bag with dancer when you arrive. Dressing rooms and bathrooms available for changing.
• There will be a group bow at the end of the show for all dancers that have not gone home. After the bow parents will come to the front of the stage to pick up their children.
• There will not be snacks backstage for kids this year. Please feed your dancers before the show.

Between Shows

• We expect the 1:30pm performance to end by 3:40pm.
• Please head home to rest and eat and be back by 6:10pm for the 6:30pm performance.

Rules:

• No rearranging of lobby furniture
• Supervise your children at all times
• No food or drinks
• No flash photography
• No videos

For Sale:

• DVD $16 for one, $28 for two. (Note free digital download will be sent to all families)
• Flower Bouquets $7 single rose bouquet. $15 for three rose bouquet.
• Bake sale items in the lobby to support the dance team.

Volunteer:

• We are looking for several moms to stay back stage during the whole performance supervising dancers. Help is needed 45 minutes before the show starts to the end of the show. Moms can sneak on the side of the stage to watch when it is time for their child to perform.
